Position Description

Job Title: Registered NurseJob Description

The Registered Nurse will provide wound care treatment for patients in the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Access and deliver wound care treatment for patients.
  • Report progress to the board on a weekly basis.
  • Review and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Perform regular vitals checks on patients.
  • Maintain clinical competency and stay current with nursing practices.

Essential Skills

  • Clinical expertise in oncology nursing.
  • Registered Nurse with valid certification.
  • Experience in patient care and electronic health records management.
  • Strong verbal assessment and communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in wound care.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • B.S. or M.S. in Nursing required.
  • Graduate of an approved nursing school/program.
  • Qualified by education, training, or experience to work with adolescent, adult, and/or geriatric patient populations.

Work Environment

The facility is a Level 1 trauma center with over 400 beds. The work is on a 6-month contract basis, providing a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires adaptability and a high level of professional commitment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
