Dear Component Members,

I’m excited to announce that many of our Region 5 components are hosting fall educational events. These events will provide excellent opportunities to earn contact hours, with many offered virtually for your convenience. For more details, please visit the following websites:

Additionally, the Fall Region 5 Virtual CPAN/CAPA Study Group is up and running. If you’re considering certification in the spring and missed participating in our Region 5 Fall Virtual Certification Study Group, don’t worry—we’ll have another one for Spring 2025.

There’s so much happening in ASPAN! Be sure to check out our newsletter, Breathline. Also, if you need contact hours, with just one click, you’ll have access to all the latest news and updates.

Thus, one ASPAN upcoming event on November 8-9 is ASPAN’s Perianesthesia Development Institute in Oklahoma City. This annual event brings leaders from across the nation together to learn more about how to lead local Components. It is a great opportunity to learn from one another and ASPAN leaders. The entire event is $95 for in-person attendees. This year, we are excited to offer Friday evening break-out sessions to focus on specific needs. Saturday’s 6.5 CE content will be hybrid with a $25 virtual option for those who cannot attend live. https://www.aspan.org/

Should you have any questions or need assistance as an ASPAN member, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly at nprice@aspan.org. I’m here to support you and ensure you have the resources and information you need.

With Gratitude,

Nikki
